Caleb Dresser is the 2019-2021 Climate & Human Health Fellow in the Department of Emergency Medicine at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. He is affiliated with the Harvard FXB Center for Health and Human Rights, the Center for Climate, Health, and the Global Environment at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, and the Living Closer Foundation Physician Fellowship in Climate & Health Science Policy.

In partnership with other organizations, Caleb studies the impact of extreme weather events on vulnerable communities in Boston and elsewhere, with a particular focus on heat waves, hurricanes, and patients with electricity-dependent medical needs.
